Summary
We completed his assessment of implementation of three recommendations from our May 2022 audit of the Family Support for Children with Disabilities (FSCD) program. We found that all three outstanding recommendations have been implemented:
- IMPLEMENTED Recommendation: Review and update guides to increase consistency
- IMPLEMENTED Recommendation: Further develop training processes to ensure staff have the necessary skills and knowledge
- IMPLEMENTED Recommendation: Increase consistency through effective oversight of caseworkers
